What you get with us

  • Pay only for results

You are charged for what Google removes. Nothing else.

  • Price shown in advance

From €19 net per removed review, tiered by quantity.

  • You choose

Your reviews appear in front of you within seconds.

  • Google decides

We report based on Google’s policies. There is no guarantee.

How it works

Three steps. Your part is the first one.

  1. 1

You search for your business and tick the boxes

Type in the name or paste a Google Maps link, and your negative reviews appear. You make your selection, see your price and sign the power of attorney and the order online, with your finger on your phone.

  2. 2

We report, each one justified individually

For each review, we find the Google policy it violates and explain exactly that. Without legal sections and without a single personal name: Google passes the justification on to the publicly accessible Lumen project.

  3. 3

You receive a report and an invoice

We check every two days until Google has decided, and save screenshots before and after. You are billed for exactly the list of removed reviews, payable within seven days. You can follow the status of every report yourself, in your own customer area.

Start step 1 now

Want a Google review deleted? Anyone can report one.

Google’s form takes two minutes to fill in. Whether the review disappears is decided long before that.

Report it yourself

  • A failed attempt costs you the review

A report on the off chance, and the review can quickly be lost for good.

  • Google reads rules, not frustration

Justified with frustration, which Google does not read.

  • Not every unfair review has a chance

Every unfair review gets reported, even the hopeless ones.

  • Submitting is not the end of it

After submitting, often nothing visible happens for weeks.

With Löscheule

  • A failed attempt costs you the review

We only submit what we consider solid. For some reviews, we advise against it.

  • Google reads rules, not frustration

Justified with the policy it violates.

  • Not every unfair review has a chance

First, an honest selection of which reviews have a chance.

  • Submitting is not the end of it

We follow up until Google has decided.

What we expressly do not do

  • No legal advice.

Löscheule is not a legal service provider within the meaning of § 2 RDG (German Legal Services Act). For legal questions, please see a lawyer.

  • No bought reviews, no written reviews, no bots.

This violates Google’s policies and reflects badly on your profile.

  • No reports against genuine criticism, even if it is unpleasant.

It is allowed, and an attempt against it only uses up your quota.

  • No promise that a specific review will disappear.

    Google alone makes that decision.

Questions that come before placing an order

Can you guarantee that the review will disappear?

No, and anyone who promises that is telling you something false. Only Google decides on removal. What we can promise: you pay nothing if nothing is removed.

How much work is this for me?

About ten minutes, once. You search for your business, tick the reviews that bother you and sign online with your finger. After that, you will only hear from us again once Google has decided.

Do you need access to my Google account?

Not for a one-off order. We report with your power of attorney using the form Google provides for this. You never give us a password. Only for ongoing management do you add us as a user to your Business Profile, because otherwise we cannot reply, and you can remove this access yourself at any time.

What happens if Google rejects the report?

Then it is usually not over. A rejection often means that the chosen justification did not hold up, not that the review is acceptable. Where it makes sense, we report a second time, with a different category and a new justification. This costs you nothing extra, because you only pay for removals anyway. Where it no longer makes sense, we tell you so instead of giving you false hope.

Can people see on Google that reviews were removed?

Since the end of April 2026, Google shows on business profiles in Germany how many reviews were removed in the last twelve months following complaints of defamation under German law, as a range, for example “2–5”. According to Google, only such defamation complaints count towards this notice. How we report is described above: according to Google’s policies.
