Questions that come before placing an order

No, and anyone who promises that is telling you something false. Only Google decides on removal. What we can promise: you pay nothing if nothing is removed.

A fixed price per removed review, which we agree with you before you place the order. It depends on how many reviews there are. After that it does not change, and without a removal it does not apply at all. You see what your case costs before you place the order: in the price scale on the pricing page and in the check tool before you sign.

We report on the same day you sign. How long Google then takes is up to Google: as a rule, two days. Some cases are decided on the same day, some not at all.

About ten minutes, once. You search for your business, tick the reviews that bother you and sign online with your finger. After that, you will only hear from us again once Google has decided.

Not for a one-off order. We report with your power of attorney using the form Google provides for this. You never give us a password. Only for ongoing management do you add us as a user to your Business Profile, because otherwise we cannot reply, and you can remove this access yourself at any time.

Google removes reviews according to its own policies, not according to feelings. The categories that most often apply, in Google’s wording, are: Fake Engagement, Rating Manipulation, Misrepresentation, Harassment, Personal information and Off-topic. Review manipulation also covers conflicts of interest, for example a review from a former employee or a competitor. We tell you which category fits your case before anything is reported.

It stays, and that is how it should be. We do not report it. A profile without a single critical voice seems implausible to customers anyway.

Only Google itself can delete it, and only if it violates Google’s own policies. You can report it as often as you like. The decision is made there. We check beforehand whether a review has that chance at all and only report the ones where it is worthwhile. Genuine criticism stays, even with one star.

We use the same reporting form that Google offers every profile owner, on your behalf and with your power of attorney. There is no back door and no contact inside a Google office.

No. Löscheule is not a legal service provider within the meaning of § 2 RDG (German Legal Services Act). We check reviews against Google’s policies, not against laws, and we do not represent you towards the author. If your case is a legal dispute, you need a lawyer.

Then it is usually not over. A rejection often means that the chosen justification did not hold up, not that the review is acceptable. Where it makes sense, we report a second time, with a different category and a new justification. This costs you nothing extra, because you only pay for removals anyway. Where it no longer makes sense, we tell you so instead of giving you false hope.

Rarely, but it happens: Google occasionally reverses a removal. That is why we keep checking regularly even after completion. If a review you were billed for is back, you get your money back for it. You pay for the result, not the attempt.

Google tells the author neither your name nor ours. They only see that their post was removed. In addition, our reports never name any individuals.

Yes. With your first order you get your own customer area. You sign in with a link sent by email, there is no password. There you see the status of every report, submit new reviews, register another business, download reports as PDF and find your invoices. You do not need to write to us for any of it.
