Your setting decides what is put in front of us, not what is reported.
Every single review is still checked by hand against Google’s policies. We do not report justified criticism, even if it has one star: it is allowed, and an attempt against it leads nowhere.

What we need from you
- 1Access to your Google profileYou add us as a user to your Business Profile. This is the only way we can reply and change details. It takes two minutes, and we show you where to find it.
- 2A power of attorney, as with a one-off orderYou sign online, with your finger on your phone. Without it, we are not allowed to report anything to Google.
You can remove the access again at any time, in your profile, without asking us.
Questions about management
How long am I committed?
Twelve months, then monthly, cancellable at the end of the month. The reason is not the commitment itself: putting a profile in order does not work in the first month. Replies, maintained details and fewer unjustified reviews pay off over the year, and we plan the work for that. If that goes too far for you, start with a one-off order, which has no minimum term.
What happens if there is more to report in a month than agreed?
Your number is the limit up to which we work without checking back. Only what Google actually removes is counted: a report that achieves nothing does not use up a slot. If more comes up in a month, we do not simply report it anyway and add it to your invoice afterwards. You hear from us what there is and decide for yourself. Conversely, what you do not need expires at the end of the month: all are available again the next month.
In the end, does a machine write on behalf of my business?
An AI writes the draft, and it is approved by hand. Nothing goes online without a person having read it. That is why a reply sounds like your business and not like boilerplate, and why it contains nothing we do not know: where we do not know about an incident, we reply in general terms instead of claiming something.
Prefer to start with individual reviews?
It does not have to be ongoing management straight away. You can have your profile looked at, select reviews and have only those reported. No base fee, payment only for what Google removes.
